The Dharamsala police have seized 199 gram of charas from Sagar, a resident Naddi area in Dharamsala. The accused was arrested by the police from the Slate Gudam area near Dharamsala. The accused was allegedly a peddler who was selling charas in surrounding areas. The police have registered a case under the NDPS Act against the accused. Kangra SP Shallini Agnihotri said further investigation into the case was going on.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
