The Deputy Speaker directed the Education Department to prepare an estimate for the construction of the school’s boundary wall and the main entrance gate and submit it to the Directorate for budgetary approval.

He said that the school’s upgrade to high school level was sanctioned during his tenure as MLA to ensure that local students no longer have to travel to distant areas for higher education. He said the tender for the Dadahu-Tirmlai road had been finalised and Rs 2 crore had been earmarked for its upgrade. The work on the road would commence shortly.
