Negi to visit Kinnaur from April 30 to May 8

Minister for Revenue, Horticulture, Tribal Development, and Redressal of Public Grievances, Jagat Singh Negi, will visit Kinnaur district from April 30 to May 8.

According to the state government spokesperson, on April 30, Negi will flag off two patient transport ambulances provided by the Army for health institutions and inaugurate the Bailey bridge over the Tangling stream.

On May 1, he will attend Labour Day celebrations at Ramleela Ground, Reckong Peo, as chief guest. The next day, he will chair the Project Advisory Committee meeting at the ITDP building. On May 3, he will preside over the district-level Public Grievance Redressal Committee meeting and inaugurate the Special Newborn Care Unit at the Regional Hospital, Reckong Peo.

On May 4, Negi will launch a bus service to Thach village, inaugurate the JICA project building, launch the Taranda Multipurpose Cooperative Society, and interact with the public.

On May 6, he will chair the District Level Planning, Development, and 20-Point Programme Review Committee meeting. Meetings of the School Advisory Committee and District Mess Committee at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Reckong Peo, are also scheduled.

On May 7, the Minister will preside over the Local Area Development Authority (LADA) meeting and related meetings for Kalpa and Sangla regions.

Meanwhile, Education Minister Rohit Thakur will visit the Jubbal-Kotkhai Assembly Constituency from April 30 to May 2.
