Amid the biting cold on Thursday, the electricity supply to Ghannati, near Shimla, was cut off for several hours, causing inconvenience to the residents. Slippery road inconveniences patients
The road leading to Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital has become very slippery due to the fresh snowfall. This caused a huge inconvenience to the patients that needed to be rushed to the hospital. Family members of patients wishing to visit them also faced the same problem.
