The Nursery Trained Teachers’ (NTT) Union, Mandi, held a demonstration here today, demanding jobs under the Recruitment and Promotion Rules in government schools.

The demonstration was held under Kalpna Sharma, state general secretary, NTT Union.

“We also urged the state government to give relaxation in age limit to those, who have attained age above 45 years, in recruitment. We are hopeful that the state will recruit NTT diploma holders under Recruitment and Promotion Rules,” she said.

The union submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur and Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur regarding their demands.
