A truck is rotting at Fagu, around 20 km from Shimla, for the past many years. It was probably seized by the police, but wasn’t disposed of. Now, one could see tall grass and bushes growing in it. Aleaking sewage pipe outside the KNH Hospital in Shimla is causing a lot of inconvenience to patients and the hospital staff.
