A person was killed while five others were injured when the vehicle (HP 01 A 5484) they were travelling in fell into a gorge on the Jakhar link road, about 2 km from Rohru, in Shimla district, around 1.45 am today. There were six persons in the ill-fated vehicle when the accident occurred.

While Nitish Sharma (19) was killed Aman (18), driver Abhay (16), Daksh (18), Ritik (19) and Rajan (18), all hailing from Chirgaon area in Rohru, were injured. — TNS
