Raising questions on the administration, the association's president Raj Kumar Abrol said that the administration charges Rs 75 for every flying at the Billing heights, but no responsible person is deployed for security down on the landing site. The stray animals roaming on the landing site invite accidents, he added.

He has demanded from the administration that security arrangements should be ensured at the landing site and concrete steps should be taken to remove stray animals so that such incidents do not happen in future.
