Police Training College, Daroh, adjudged best

Police Training College, (PTC) Daroh, won the Union Home Minister’s trophy for the best police institution for 2018-19 in the constable category at the national level, a spokesperson of the Police Department said here on Saturday.
The PTC also won the zonal (North Zone) Union Home Minister’s trophy for 2017-18 in the non-gazetted officer category.
DSP (indoor) Kuldeep Kumar, ASP (outdoor) Praveen Kumar Dhiman, head constable (outdoor) Vinod Kumar and Constable Sunil Kumar won the Union Home Minister’s medal for excellence in police training for 2019-20.
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has congratulated the winners.
