A training programme on Socially Useful Productive Work (SUPW) was organised at PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School, Badaran, in the Nadaun subdivision on Wednesday.
On the occasion, trainers Shalu, Babita and Anju provided valuable information and hands-on training to girl students in various socially useful activities. The session focused on developing practical life skills, helping students understand how such abilities enable them to contribute effectively both at home and in society.
Principal Dr Hardeep Thakur said along with academic knowledge, such training programmes play a vital role in bringing positive behavioural changes in students. He added that these workshops empower girls to become self-reliant and capable of handling household as well as social responsibilities.
Dr Thakur appreciated the trainers for their dedicated efforts.
