Public Works and Urban Development Minister Vikramaditya Singh is set to embark on a three-day visit to Chamba district. A spokesperson said Singh will arrive in Dalhousie on Thursday.
He will lay the foundation stone for a parking facility on Church Balloon Road in Dalhousie February 21. Thereafter, will inspect the upgradation work of the Maida-Chakhotar Road under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana-3 (PMGSY-3). He will also address public grievances at Dand before leaving for Bhanjraru in Tissa.
On February 22, the minister will visit Koti and inspect the upgradation work of the Kiyani-Rajnagar-Chaklu-Koti road under PMGSY-3 and inaugurate the remaining construction work of the Chandi-Badoh via Bhattoli road under NABARD.
On February 23, Singh will conduct a review meeting to assess the progress of work related to the PWD Circle, Dalhousie. In the afternoon, he will visit Rajera, where he will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for several road projects.
