The third day of the 29th Annual Inter-College Games of Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV), Palampur, organised by the Student Welfare Organisation (SWO), featured intense competition and spirited performances in badminton and women’s cricket.
In badminton, the College of Agriculture emerged as the overall winner, dominating both men’s and women’s categories. The men’s doubles team of Krishan and Akshit and the women’s team of Arushi and Kashish showcased excellent coordination and skill to secure the titles. The runner-up positions went to College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (men) and College of Basic Sciences (women).
The second major final of the day was women’s cricket, where the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences delivered a strong performance to claim the championship. The runner-up in this category was the College of Community Sciences.
In addition, matches of other games for men and women were also conducted. The finals for these events will be held as per the scheduled programme.
