Rajiv Kumar is Special Secretary to Himachal Pradesh CM

A 2007-batch Himachal Administrative Service officer, Rajiv Kumar, has been appointed Special Secretary to CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu. Kumar who was working as Additional Principal Private Secretary has been made Special Secretary on the completion of the requisite span of service prescribed for giving the higher designation in the HAS. Surjeet Singh, a 2012-batch officer, posted as Secretary, State Election Commission and Joint Secretary, PWD, has also been posted as Additional Secretary, PWD, on the completion of the requisite span of service. Surinder Singh Rathore, Joint Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been posted as Additional Director in the same department.
