Reckong Peo: Power supply to be disrupted

Reckong Peo: The Assistant Engineer, Electricity Subdivision, Reckong Peo, said on Tuesday that trees above the power lines near Donalu could fall anytime. Hence, electricity supply in the areas around the PNB, Reckong Peo, Kalpa, Pangi, Kothi, Brelangi, Khwaangi, Purvani, Telangi and Kasang would be disrupted from 9 am to 6 pm on February 29 after these trees were axed. On February 29, power supply would remain suspended in areas served by the 22 KV Bhoktu-Kalpa feeder and the 22 KV Bhoktu-Purvani (Reckong Peo) feeder. He said that if the work was not completed due to bad weather, power supply would remain disrupted next day also. He appealed to people for cooperation when power supply was disrupted.l.
