Shimla, July 25
Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur on Wednesday lashed out at the Congress-ruled states for deciding to boycott the meeting of the Niti Aayog scheduled for July 27. He said Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced help for Himachal to restore the damage suffered in the last monsoon.
