Ensure check on drunken driving

An HRTC bus crushed two youths in Shimla recently, leaving them badly injured. The driver was reportedly drunk. HRTC drivers are generally skilled and responsible, hardly giving anyone a reason to complaint. Such incidents bring a bad name to all HRTC drivers. The offenders, if found to be drunk, should be punished.
