Road in poor condition

The Chanog- Paoghati road near Jubbarhatti in Shimla is in a bad condition. The tarred patches at various places are wearing off, but the repair work has not been done for quite some time. The authorities concerned should look into the matter and repair the road at the earliest for the convenience of the commuters.

Civil hospital understaffed

The civil hospital, Theog, is grappling with nursing staff shortage which is creating problems for the patients. The situation is hampering various facilities at the hospital. The authorities concerned should depute the required number of nurses at the earliest. Banita, rohru

Need to Resume bus service

THE bus service on the Shimla-Golo- Karal (Kotkhai) route is non-operational for about one year, which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the locals. The residents have to either walk long distances to catch a bus or travel in expensive transport alternatives.
