The Sant Nirankari Mission has taken a commendable step by distributing Nikshay Poshan Kits to 100 tuberculosis (TB) patients in Dharamsala as part of the nationwide Prime Minister TB-Free India Campaign. During the programme, Kangra Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa praised the organisation for its noble effort in supporting TB patients. He highlighted that this initiative not only provides essential nutrition but also offers mental and social support to patients, strengthening their fight against the disease.

Dr KC Dhiman, Zonal in-charge of the mission, shared that three-month nutrition kits were distributed to 50 patients, with the remaining 50 kits to be delivered soon. He emphasized that the Mission is committed to maintaining contact with the patients and monitoring their health regularly. Bairwa lauded the initiative as an inspirational step that not only improves the lives of TB patients but also helps combat the stigma surrounding the disease.
