Sarveen opens India Pavilion in Spain expo

Urban Development Minister Sarveen Chaudhary has participated in the Smart City World Expo Congress being held in Barcelona, Spain, from November 19 to 21 and she delivered a talk and presentation on “Digital Twins and Urban Planning: Bridging the Digital and Physical”.
During the event, she explained the technology being used by Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam Limited (SJPNL) in the management of drinking water supply scheme in Shimla which had resulted in adequate drinking water. She urged scientists to invent and use technology for making the life of human being more comfortable.
She also inaugurated India Pavilion at the expo. Secretary, Urban Development, Town and Country Planning and Housing, C Paulrasu was also present.
