Shimla, February 5
Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN), Rohan Chand Thakur said here today that the nigam would be conducting screening of eligible candidates for skill development courses under different companies of Mohali, Faridabad and Ludhiana.
He said the courses were aimed at enhancing the employability of the youth of the state and were 100 per cent sponsored by the HPKVN.
The prestigious and high-value courses at CTR, Ludhiana, NIFM, Faridabad and C-DAC, Mohali, were having great potential for employment generation and eligible youth must take full benefit of these residential courses for which boarding and lodging would be provided free of cost by the HPKVN.
The screening of eligible candidates would take place at the DC office, Mandi Conference Hall on February 6, DRDA Hall, near the DC Office, Dharamsala, on February 7 and HPKVN Conference Hall, Block 24, SDA Complex, Kasumpti, Shimla on February 7.
He said the courses include artificial intelligence, web designing, CADD, GST, etc.
