Shimla college to organise job fair on August 7

Shimla, August 3
An employment fair is being organised at the Rajiv Gandhi Government College Chaura Maidan in Shimla on August 7.
Shimla Regional Employment Officer Seema Gupta said about 30 companies from various industrial sectors were participating in the fair. It is proposed to fill about 2,454 posts by these companies. She said it was mandatory for the name of the interested applicant to be registered in the employment office. If the name of any person was not registered, they could do so online by visiting the website eemis.hp.nic.in. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
