Residents can inspect the draft proposals during office hours at the offices of the Deputy Commissioner, respective Sub-Divisional Officers, concerned municipal councils, and nagar panchayats until June 9, 2025. The proposals are also accessible online via the official DC Shimla e-Gazette portal.

Citizens who wish to raise objections or provide feedback must submit their views in Form-2 to the Deputy Commissioner’s Office by the deadline. All inputs received within the prescribed time will be duly considered before the proposals are finalised.

The administration has urged active public participation to ensure transparent and inclusive urban planning.
