Shimla’s Umesh tops HPAS exam
Shimla’s Umesh Sharma has stood first in the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services (HPAS) exams that were held in 2024. Kangra’s Mohit has got the second rank, while Bilaspur’s Jitender Chandel has attained the third rank in the examination.
The exams were conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission that included written tests held in 2024 and a personality test held from January 2 to January 6.
Apart from them, Taniya Kashyap, Ankush Kumar, Rajat Chaudharym Priyanka Aastha and Rahul Dhiman have been recommended for the HPAS. Swati Walia, Anoop Sharma and Rahul Sharma have been recommended as Tehsildar, Sanjay Kumar District Panchayat Officer and Nitin Rana, Awas Pandit and Sahil Mandla as District Welfare-cum-Probation Officers.
Akhil Singh Thakur, Arun Kumar Sankhyan and Shivanshi Sood have been selected as Assistant Registrar, Sahil Mandla as Disrict Welfare-cum-Probation Officer and Karan has been recommended for the post of District Controller, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
