Shimla, November 3

The SJVN has bagged the 100 MW grid connected solar PV power project from Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL). SJVN chairman Nand Lal Sharma said they had bagged the project through tariff-based competitive bidding process on Build Own and Operate (BOO) basis through e-reverse auction (e-RA) at a tariff of Rs 2.69 per unit. The tentative cost of the construction of this project is Rs 545 crore, he added. —TNS
