SJVN bags two awards for CSR initiatives

Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) Ltd has won two awards for exhibiting exceptional organisational efforts in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Nand Lal Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director, SJVN, said here today that the Award for Creating Social Development and Impact was conferred on the SJVN as part of the 14th Construction Industry Development Council Vishwakarma Awards, 2023. The second award (CIDC Partners in Progress Trophy) was given for its commitment and drive in facilitating initiatives for achieving the targets of the Skill India Mission.
Sharma said the awards recognise the relentless efforts by the SJVN that resulted in par excellence CSR contributions. “The CSR initiatives undertaken through the ‘SJVN Foundation’ are benefitting stakeholders across all sections of society,” he claimed.
