Despite the freezing temperature in Lahaul-Spiti, Border Roads Organisation (BRO) personnel have started snow-clearing operation for the traffic movement in the valley. Roads have been blocked since December 12 because of heavy snow in the region.

With the relentless efforts of the BRO today, Udaipur was connected with Keylong. The BRO also cleared the Manali-Leh road from Darcha to north portal of the Rohtang tunnel. It would help tribals to move in and out of the district in emergency cases.
