Solan Stretch not metalled

A portion of the road near Sayari Bazaar in Solan had sunk during the monsoon. The PWD had reconstructed it, but it was not metalled. The passing vehicles leave behind dust, which settles on the articles displayed at the shops. The stretch should be metalled soon. — Ravinder, Sayari (Solan)

Tourists wander in middle of road

The Hassan Valley between Dhalli and Kufri is packed with tourists these days. This area is wide, but they can be seen wandering in the middle of the road. This is risky as many vehicles pass through this stretch. The police should take action .
