Himachal Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania gives away tabs to 88 students

Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania today gave away free tablets to 88 meritorious students under the Srinivasa Ramanujan Student Digital Scheme while presiding over a ‘Sarkar Gaon Ke Dwar’ programme at Bhanjraru in Churah subdivision of Chamba district. Local MLA Dr Hans Raj was also present on the occasion.

People of the area presented 127 demands and 54 complaints at the programme. The Speaker listened to the problems while interacting directly with the people and most of these were resolved on the spot. The Revenue Department registered 18 land mutations on the spot and issued 41 certificates. Six affidavits were also attested.

The Health and AYUSH departments organised a medical camp, in which 115 persons were checked up, various types of tests were done, medicines were distributed free of cost. Disability certificates were also issued to 14 persons.
