NURPUR, NOVEMBER 30

The Samarpan Association, an NGO in Kangra and Chamba districts, has appealed to the government to save precious human lives, becoming the victims of mishaps due to the presence of stray animals on the roads.

Anita Sharma, president, said the animals should be tagged radium reflector belts so the commuters could notice their presence during night hours. The tagging of radium reflector belts could reduce the threat of road mishaps. — OC
