The film presents a simple yet impactful narrative highlighting the reasons behind the alarming rise in sudden heart attacks among young individuals. It underlines the importance of early screening for risk factors and adopting a healthy lifestyle to prevent sudden cardiac arrests.

Dr Puri draws attention to how many youngsters, influenced by celebrity culture and high-stress lifestyles, fall into harmful patterns such as substance abuse and self-medication, which significantly endanger their heart health.
