Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today urged the Andhra Pradesh Government to help natives of Himachal Pradesh stranded in Sri Sayta Sai Seva Organisation at Puttaparthy (Andhra Pradesh).

In a letter to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Thakur said that the Himachal Government was receiving several SOS calls for help from stranded Himachalis there. He added that most of these people want to come back to their native places. He urged his Andhra Pradesh counterpart to take care of the stranded Himachalis and provide them proper food, shelter and medical care.
