To ensure the event’s success, various departments have been mobilised. The Health and AYUSH Departments will set up free health camps for attendees, while Agriculture, Horticulture and Forest Departments will organise exhibitions. Additionally, the District Rural Development Authority will support self-help groups in operating food stalls at the venue.

The meeting to finalise arrangements included officials such as Manoj Kumar, Officer-in-Charge of the Integrated Tribal Development Project, and representatives from various other district departments. The Tribal Pride Festival is anticipated to be a major cultural gathering in Lahaul-Spiti, celebrating tribal heritage and fostering community awareness about local development efforts.
