Dr Bharat Dean, Information and Public Relations, and Professor, University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, felicitated students scoring above 85% in Classes 10, 11, and 12. Each high-achiever received a certificate of appreciation and a gift, bringing smiles and pride to both students and parents.

Dr Nitika Thakur, professor at Shoolini University, interacts with students at the expo.

“I am thrilled that The Tribune is recognising academic talent. This has truly boosted my child’s confidence,” said Rajni Thakur, whose son was among the awardees. Sachin Sharma, AGM, Channel Sales at Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab, praised The Tribune for hosting the expo. “This initiative has attracted a remarkable turnout and inspired many young minds in Kangra,” he noted.

Local resident Rajesh Kakkar, who attended with his wife and daughter, lauded the initiative. “Such events provide valuable exposure for students seeking admissions in modern, career-oriented courses,” he said. He also urged The Tribune to extend the expo to remote areas of the hill state, highlighting the lack of access to career guidance and opportunities in those regions. The expo stood as a beacon of educational empowerment, igniting hope, ambition, and awareness among Himachal’s youth.
