Additional Director General of Police Ashok Tiwari was honoured by the north region of Association of Schools for Indian School Certificate (ASISC) president and Kullu Valley School principal, Dr Sanjeev Bhardwaj during the inaugural ceremony of two-day annual meeting of ASISC at Mohal on Friday.

Nakul Khullar, an entrepreneur bestowed with the “Award of Excellence” in the field of horticulture, was the special guest on the occasion. ASISC is an association of the schools affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).

The president said 175 principals and heads of institutions participated in the conference. He said, “The main objective of the seminar is to deliberate and implement methodology of the National Education Policy.”
