The court of Special Judge and District Sessions Judge Jaswant Singh sentenced two convicts to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment in two separate rape cases.

Assistant District Attorney Anil Sharma said the first case involved a complaint filed by the victim’s father. In his complaint, he said the accused had taken his daughter to his house and sexually assaulted her. Following this complaint, the police initiated an investigation and registered a case against the accused under the relevant sections of the law.

The prosecution gathered substantial evidence, and the court found the accused guilty based on the testimonies and supporting proof. Consequently, he was sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment.
