Dr Sanjay Dhiman, an HAS officer currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner, Relief and Rehabilitation (R&R), at Raja Ka Talab in the Fatehpur Assembly constituency of Kangra district, has released his 20th book titled ‘Uncharted Territories’. Published by the British publishing house Walnut Publications, the book comprises 14 chapters that explore the subtle, often overlooked layers of human existence — woven together through reliance, silence and simplicity.

In conversation with The Tribune, Dr Dhiman said the book is available in both e-book and print formats on Amazon and other online platforms. He described ‘Uncharted Territories’ as a reflective work that captures the essence of human resilience. “The book gently reminds us that legacies are not built in a single moment but in the steady rhythm of daily choices. And when the last moments of death arrive, it teaches us to meet them not with fear but with acceptance and grace,” he said.

The narrative highlights a world where human strength emerges not only from abundance but also from scarcity and from the quiet companionship of nature rather than the noise of modern life.

Earlier in July, Dr Dhiman’s 19th book, ‘Indian Heritage – A Timeless Legacy’, also published by Walnut Publications, was released.
