The state police’s special investigation team (SIT) arrested Shailendra Vikram Singh from his residence in Vaishali, Ghazibad. He had been running the press, Immense Solutions Private Limited, in Sahibabad Industrial Area. Shailendra was produced in a Shimla court which sent him to 14-day judicial custody. The SIT recovered 12 mobiles and storage devices among other documents, which have been sent to the State Forensic Science Laboratory in Junga.

The call details were being analysed and the bank accounts of the accused were being scrutinised, sources said. Investigations pointed out that Sudhir had leaked the question paper, said DIG Madhu Sudan.

DGP Sanjay Kundu said it was the fifth time the question papers were printed at the press.
