Vijaya Raje Scindia remembered on her birth centenary

The state BJP Mahila Morcha today celebrated the birth centenary of veteran party leader Vijaya Raje Scindia. The morcha activists also listened to the address of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the party office.

State BJP president Suresh Kashyap and other party office-bearers were present. Kashyap talked about the life and political career of Vijaya Raje Scindia, who dedicated her life to the service of people and the country.

She played a key role in expanding the mass base of the BJP, especially in Madhya Pradesh, he said, urging the party workers to follow in the footsteps of the leader.

President of the Mahila Morcha Rashmi Dhar Sood exhorted the party workers to gear up for the ensuing panchayat elections.
