THERE is no bus service from Shimla to the Tikral area of Chirgaon. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents of several panchayats. A bus service to the area should be started without delay to provide relief to a large population. —Ramesh, Chirgaon

SEVERAL streetlights in the Dhalli area have not been functional for over a year, causing a lot of inconvenience to people. The streetlights from the Dhalli tunnel to Shiv Mandir are not functioning. The authorities concerned should look into matter and take remedial measures. —Surender, Dhalli
