“In the first phase, the website will feature three temples located in Shimla — Mata Tara Devi Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple and Lord Hanuman Temple in Jakhu. Later on, it will also feature rest of the temples located across the district,” said Kashyap. He added that it would not only ensure transparency in temple operations but also provide essential details such as the temple’s history.

He directed officials from the Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited to visit the temples, gather all necessary information.
