Encroachments on highway pose risk of accidents

There has been a rise in encroachments along the Kullu-Manali highway. Despite the constructions having been removed by the NHAI multiple times, there has been no significant improvement. The highway has only two lanes and these encroachments increase the risk of accidents, especially when vehicles halt at kiosks.
