The passage leading to the DC Office and other nearby offices is one of the most frequently used routes by the public. However, materials stacked on both sides of this busy stretch have made it inconvenient and unsafe, particularly for elderly visitors. Broken pipe wastes water, inconveniences public

A broken water pipe on Hospital Road in Solan has been leaking continuously for weeks, causing significant inconvenience. Pedestrians often get splashed as vehicles pass by. The Municipal Corporation is urged to take immediate action and repair the pipe to prevent further wastage and discomfort. —Kapil, Solan

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
