CBSE resource person Shivani Vashisht and the school Principal and District Training Coordinator Devendra Mahal guided 60 educators drawn from various schools on this aspect.

Discussion focused on acquiring five “C’s” — critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration, communication and character — and how to inculcate these values by linking them with the academic curriculum. The teachers were apprised of various methods and strategies for imparting value-based education. Activities such as role play, chart making and singing were also organised during the workshop. Keen participation of the teachers was registered in these activities where they illustrated their views through enriching presentations.

Additionally, the role of digital platforms and social media in disseminating value education was also elaborated.

On this occasion, various educational videos and short films were also exhibited.
