He emphasised that the state government is committed to enhancing the quality of education and equipping students to face global challenges with confidence and skill.
He said 100 government schools in Himachal Pradesh have been affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and that Rajiv Gandhi Model and Day Boarding Schools are being upgraded with improved sports and science infrastructure to nurture well-rounded development.
Calling upon students to stay away from drug abuse and contribute positively to nation-building, Dharmani said the government is taking firm steps toward the eradication of substance abuse. He announced that an ‘Anti-Chitta Rally’ will soon be organised in Shimla.
