IT By Design (ITBD) Invests $5 Million in their expansion, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora inaugurates Chandigarh office

IT By Design, a global leader in tailored solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has announced a $5 million investment in India, marking a significant step in its global expansion strategy. The company plans to double its workforce from 650 to over 1,200 employees within the next year, leveraging India’s robust IT talent pool and supporting the government’s Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) initiative.
As part of this expansion, IT By Design has significantly upgraded its Chandigarh office, increasing capacity from 200 seats to more than 800, while also establishing a new 120 plus seat facility in Delhi. To tap into additional talent, the company plans to open a new office in Gurgaon. These state-of-the-art facilities are designed to foster collaboration and innovation, ensuring world-class service delivery for MSPs globally.
While inagurating the Chandigarh office at Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh IT Park, Aman Arora, Cabinet Minister, Govt of Punjab who emphasized the transformative impact of IT By Design’s expansion. “This initiative solidifies Chandigarh’s reputation as a thriving IT and innovation hub, contributing to job creation and skill development in alignment with India’s vision of a self-reliant economy,” Mr. Arora stated.

This Indian expansion coincides with IT By Design’s transition to a new, purpose-built global headquarters in Jersey City, New Jersey, set to open next month. This dual growth strategy underscores the company’s dedication to empowering MSPs worldwide with comprehensive services, including Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), 24x7 helpdesk, and IT project design.
