In a major development, Delhi Police and Gujarat Police on Sunday seized 518 kg of cocaine worth Rs 5,000 crore in the international market, during a search at the premises of Avkar Drugs Limited Company in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

On October 1, the Special Cell of the Delhi Police had raided the warehouse of a person named Tushar Goyal in Mahipalpur and seized a consignment of 562 kg cocaine and 40 kg hydroponic marijuana.

During the investigation, on October 10, 208 kg of additional cocaine was seized from a shop in Ramesh Nagar, Delhi.

Sources further informed that the recovered drug belonged to a company named Pharma Solution Services and it came from Avkar Drugs Limited Company of Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
