AAP attacks BJP’s Rakesh Sinha for ‘voting at 2 places’

The Election Commission of India (EC), however, said it had not received any written complaint pertaining to the matter.

Terming his allegations as a “big expose", AAP's Saurabh Bharadwaj alleged that RSS ideologue Sinha had voted in the Delhi elections from Dwarka in February. Sinha on Thursday cast his ballot in Siwan, he said, calling it an “open and shut case of fraud".

Congress leader Supriya Shrinate also backed Bharadwaj’s allegations, posting on X that “Sinha voted in the Delhi Assembly elections in February 2025 and in the Bihar Assembly elections today. Under which scheme is this happening?"

Meanwhile, Sinha dismissed the allegations, saying he had shifted his voter registration from Delhi to his village in Bihar, and warned that he would file a defamation suit.

Apart from him, the Opposition also alleged that BJP Delhi Purvanchal Morcha president Santosh Ojha and party worker Nagendra Kumar were also among those who voted in both Delhi and Bihar. Shrinate posted their photographs on X of voting in both the places.
