This second chargesheet has been filed against the six accused — Baldev Kumar, Sunny Kumar, Dr Ahsanul Haque (principal, Oasis School, Hazaribagh & city coordinator of Hazaribagh), Mohammad Imtiyaz Alam (vice-principal, Oasis School and centre superintendent), Jamaluddin (a Hazaribagh-based journalist) and Aman Kumar Singh.
On August 1, the agency had filed the first chargesheet against 13 accused.
The investigation has revealed that Dr Haque, along with Alam, conspired with other accused to steal the question paper.
So far, 48 persons have been arrested in connection with the paper leak case. The CBI has also identified the beneficiary candidates and has shared their details with the NTA for necessary action.
Investigation on the remaining arrested accused and further investigation regarding other aspects is continuing, sources informed.
The Centre, which initially dismissed the possibility of a paper leak, later handed over the probe to the CBI amid countrywide protests and litigation by students for a fair investigation.
