Come forward to end terror or be ready to face bullet, Modi warns Pak citizens

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday made it clear that terrorism in India would be dealt with an iron fist and that anyone who tried to wipe off its women’s “sindoor” would be eliminated. The PM warned the people of Pakistan to either come forward and end the menace or be ready to face the wrath of the Army.

The PM was speaking at public rallies in Gujarat’s Dahod and Bhuj, where he said the people of Pakistan must understand that their government and army were fomenting terrorism for their own benefit. “Terrorism is a way of making money for your (Pakistan) government and army. The people of Pakistan must step forward and end terrorism. Sukh chain ki zindagi jio, roti khao. Varna meri goli to hai hee (Live a peaceful life and have your meal. Otherwise, my bullet is there for you),” the PM said.

In his address at Dahod, the PM said: “Those who try to erase the sindoor of women will be wiped out.” He said the military action was a reflection of India’s core values and collective anger. “Operation Sindoor was not just a military response — it was a message from 140 crore Indians that this nation will not remain silent in the face of terror.”

The PM described the Pahalgam attack as one of the most heart-wrenching incidents in recent memory and said: “It is seared into the national conscience. It ignited not just grief, but an uncontainable resolve.”

PM Modi asserted that the terrorists grossly underestimated the strength of India’s response. The armed forces, given full operational autonomy, acted with unmatched precision. In just 22 minutes, they neutralised nine high-value terror hubs across Pakistan. “Pakistan attempted retaliation, but their response was met with overwhelming force,” Modi said.

Without revealing operational specifics, he confirmed that the mission was executed in “a manner not seen in “decades, both in scale and efficiency.

The PM praised the armed forces for their discipline and valour, saying: “From the sacred land of Dahod, I bow to the bravery of our soldiers.”

He drew a sharp contrast between India and Pakistan in terms of regional security and development. “That country, born from the trauma of the Partition, continues to invest in hostility. But India chooses growth — we are defeating poverty, building infrastructure, and advancing technology,” he said.
