Former Union minister Dhawan dies at 83

Chandigarh, January 27

Senior politician and former Union minister Harmohan Dhawan (83) died at Max Hospital in Mohali on Saturday. His cremation will take place at Sector 25 cremation ground at 3 pm on Sunday.

His associate Dr Sheenu Aggarwal said he had recently fractured his shoulder after a fall. He had been running his own naturopathy venture Dhawan’s Nature Care, had left the BJP and joined AAP in 2018. He then unsuccessfully contested the 2019 LS polls from Chandigarh.
